Sorry but that article is badly written and makes no sense. Also seems to define a naked woman as one who exposes her breasts rather than genitals and jumps from country to country without any real look at the laws involved. Its almost nonsensical actually.

BTW if men can expose their chest area it should obviously be legal for women to expose their chest area.

You seem to equate a woman exposing her breasts with a man exposing his penis.

You also confuse public displays of nudity with displays of nudity done within an entertainment venue. You might as well complain its legal for strippers to strip in a strip club.

Edit before kneejerk downvoting me read the article he linked. It seriously is really poorly written. It doesn't make sense. He's linked an article with a seemingly relevent title and you're not bothering to read the content.
