Right. Because, as you'll notice, the guy is never around to defend himself against the charge anyway. I wonder if that would work for men? I mean, you know, he murders her but gets the charge reduced because he claimed she was a controlling bitch. Not to mention that since she's dead, she can't deny anything he says but all his friends will back him up.
