I was arrested for DV, even though I wasn't present when the call went out or when the police arrived. I was attacked and beaten, face is messed up in pics from the scene. She has no marks.

She said I strangled her, again no marks of any kind. So now I am facing felony charges.

Then didn't test her for any drugs(psych meds, narcotics, an incredible amount of weed, and alcohol to top it off), and took her incoherent statement as gospel.

I have a lot of evidence backing me up, but can't show it to the prosecution because my pub defender says it would allow the prosecution to get prepared for trial if it makes it that far.

I haven't been offered a deal and have never been convicted of a crime. Never been violent with anyone, I just don't get it.

Any advice is welcome.
