This is continued from part two.

Star Student-Athletes are told that they should be grateful that they are receiving a free education. Meanwhile, schools generate tens of millions in revenue and corporate sponsorship and coaches and athletic directors are paid multiple millions of dollars because of their athletic exploits.
The NCAA should accept the reality that certain of its sports have become entertainment properties and the athletes should be compensated accordingly. This is particularly true for Division I Men’s Football and Men’s Basketball.
I had never heard about this one until today, so I don't really have anything to add here.

Children raised in two-parent households have better outcomes across almost every dimension. Studies also show that being in a happy marriage contributes to longevity and life satisfaction. However, there is currently very little support out there for people who are looking for assistance in managing their marital relationship.
Because of the huge societal good from keeping married couples who want to stay together in their relationships, marriage counseling for interested couples should be free or heavily subsidized by the government.
Avoiding divorce is not only good for one's pocketbook and stress levels, but it is also better for the well-being of the children, in addition to allowing one to avoid losing custody in states that lack shared custody laws. Warren Farrell has discussed the ways divorce can negatively impact children, especially young boys.

Being a parent has been an experience like no other – I can’t imagine going through it alone. We need to do all we can to support the single parents out there, particularly single mothers, as they have to balance more demands than the rest of us can understand. As President, I will make helping single parents a key priority of the Federal government in ways big and small. It’s vital to the future of our society that single parents get the support that they need. It takes a village to raise a child, and investing in children pays off in healthy, productive adults.
...
Initiate a campaign to assist single mothers and a national recruitment drive for Big Brothers Big Sisters of America for male volunteers to spend time with children of single mothers who would like a positive male role model (the waiting list for little boys looking for a big brother is twice as long as the waiting list for little girls).
According again to Warren Farrell, even if divorce does become necessary, the involvement of a father or another positive male role model tends to drastically improve a child's outcome, especially for boys.
