He was trying to get his phone back. He lifted her arm to get the phone, but she pulls her arm down which causes her to tip over. It was an accident. But she sure milked it for all it was worth, making her seem like a victim. Considering the fake cries for help (over nothing) as she fell, I suspect the fall was also on purpose.

Police are looking into this. If the genders were reversed Police wouldn't be involved.
