no videos with speaking. I simply made a conscious effort to NOT use contractions. Both in speech and written form. I also think about what I want to say before I say it. Then I condense it as though it were a tweet.

me thinking - "I wanna go to the store cuz i need to get some markers and a table so i can put my extra gear and mark the gaff tape to make my own custom labels so I know where i'm gonna put all this crap when I'm done with my set and make it back home".

spoken - I am going to the store to get a table and markers. I will make labels for my gear to go on the table.

as far as posture at least once an hour I will do a standing abdominal stretch. Which is basically pressing my hips forward, face looking up, and leaning my body back. Then bring hips back to center (which will pull your back into balance/alignment) and simply dropping my chin. It has not become habit yet, but I strive to not drop my chin, or hold my phone below my chin. This way I am not inclined to look down thus pulling my chest/shoulders forward into a hunch.

Generally: 1. Do everything more slowly, A LOT more slowly. You can move a lot more slowly than you normally do and still look normal (and more confident/deliberate). You can also speak a lot more slowly and achieve the same effect. 2. Maintain an "open," relaxed, and upright posture in anything you do. It's as simple as that. Don't force shit. Be natural. 3. Learn to breath and speak diaphragmatically for vocal power. This will force you to speak slower as a bonus. 4. Don't do anything unnecessary with your body (fidgeting, exaggeratedly reacting to pain, pencil tapping, etc) and don't say anything unnecessary. Be direct, don't be afraid to issue small commands, avoid filler words, and don't say anything you don't genuinely want to say.

I'm being general because you don't have to memorize a whole bunch of poses and mannerisms and shit. It all boils down to being physically open, physically relaxed, and slow moving (deliberate moving).
