So currently I live/work in a Germany. This weekend I went out to a local bar with some coworkers and met these two german girls playing pool. They seemed genuinely interested in talking with us, and after a few hours of talking (my co-workers and I split them apart and we each focused on one) we begin to focus on escalation of touch. I pushed to have the conversation go outside so that we could get a cab, but I couldn't convince her to go outside with me. Fast forwarding to the end of the night we didn't end up making out or going back to her place. She said it was because she still lived with her parents (shes 21 but is going to college) and that they would be pissed if she brought someone home. Eventually we got their numbers, we hugged when they left the bar and we left empty-handed.

Since that Saturday night we have been texting back and forth with some sexual tension mixed into the texts. I am trying to secure another meetup at the same bar for this weekend but she already has plans to attend a function for her college that I cant attend. What would be the best course of action in this situation?
