Save your money instead of eating out so much. Learn to cook when you're starving; your meals always turn out spectacular.

Advice, just stick around the TRP subs and read. Subscribe to manosphere blogs and read. You will understand what you need to do quickly. It's a lot more than just telling you in this post what you need to do.

Women: Most of them are loose. Try harder and stop giving a fuck about getting rejected.

Sex: Quit jacking off so much. Focus on that 17 year old at work that wants your dick. It's not statutory.

Life: Don't think about the past or the future. Live in the present and do what you feel like doing.

Education: Go to fucking class and start paying attention. You're paying thousands of dollars for it.

Relationships: Good job on avoiding one.

Alcohol: Quit binge drinking. Learn to drink socially and learn to maintain a buzz.

Drugs: Stop doing them. It's a waste of money.

Stop trying to do things the easy way. What's worth having is worth working and suffering for.

Pain or discomfort is usually an indicator that you are on the right path, the path that other people don't want to walk because it's too haaaaaaaard. It's worth it to spend the time and effort to end up in the top 10-20%. In whatever realm you're in--school, grad school, job performance, fitness--doing well in one of these likely leads to improvements in other ones of these.

Last thing I'd say to 20 year old me: shut up you pussy, you have a lot to learn and are a soft little bitch. Enjoy your time coasting, because the bill comes due down the line and turns you into me.
