As the title says, I just woke up to a frantic phone call from my brother this morning.

He told me that the police served him with an order of protection from his ex wife and 3 kids that they had together. As a backstory of all of this happening, he divorced her 12 years ago, shes kept custody of the kids and kept trying all of this time to keep them away from him... When they were married, she tried running him over with her car, in the garage, while their son slept on the opposite side of the wall she ended up hitting, then drove away calling the police to have him arrested for assault with no actual signs of abuse.
Since their divorce, shes been on several types of drugs and hes been trying to get custody of the kids. Shes been caught forging documents shes submitted in court trying to get extra for child support, shes tried having him arrested for taking the kids to see her own mother because they dont speak anymore. (She claims that her entire family has picked his side in the divorce). And this time is no different, she learned that her mother went to his house over Thanksgiving and the kids were there and lost it.

This accusation says that the specific incident happened 2 hours from where he lives, in the town that she (the ex wife) lives in. He works two jobs to support his current wife and their child and be able to give all he can to his other three children as well. When he gets custody, he never really gets alone time with them because of the two job situation. Right now, hes in the process of trying to figure out what he could have possibly done that could be seen as sexual abuse and selling a bunch of his possessions to pay for an attorney to keep his name clear and trying to keep the kids in the his life.
