I believe a lot of lawyers, judges, and jury now favor women in court because of long standing biases that women are more likely to be the victims. The whole notion of things like “never hit a woman” or “you should always believe a woman.”
I think younger people now are more aware of how fucked up a lot of girls are and how they deserve to be equally fucked in court. Whereas the old farts now go off old preconceived notions.
I could be completely wrong though and things could become even easier for women.
