Remember everyone:

You can verbally harass, and mentally beat down your husband.

You can provocatively throw items at him.

You can get in his face and hit him.

But as long as you're a woman, and start crying IMMEDIATELY after the impact (thats how emotions work, right?) you'll have doezens (or HUNDREDS) of white knights ready to defend you at every turn.

If you're a woman and you cry (even if it sounds fake), ALL your crimes are IMMEDIATELY forgiven, and you automatically become the victim. Everyone will ignore every single bad thing you do. It will literally not register in their brains.

I will say that neither of them acted appropriately and she shouldn’t have thrown stuff and he shouldn’t have hit her I think they both need some serious marriage counseling and should get a divorce I also think that they both did very bad things and that there both in the wrong. But that’s my opinion and I really don’t want to argue I think in ways your all right.

Well that's sad on /r/trashy they crop the clips to only the part that he slaped her and she cries , ppl were defending the woman , obviously she is the abuser, physically , emotionally

At 0:11 she threw an item at him. ELEVEN SECONDS INTO THE VIDEO.

At 0:18 She goes "One..." like she's counting to three and he's a little kid.

At 0:21 he literally goes "Can you stop please?"

At 0:25 She gets physical with him AGAIN.

At 0:35 She throws something else at him.

At 0:37 She throws ANOTHER item at him. That's a total of THREE ITEMS THROWN

At 0:45 She throws A FOURTH ITEM at him, and ONLY NOW does he actually defend himself.

At 0:54 SHE GETS PHYSICAL WITH HIM and he defends himself.

She IMMEDIATELY starts crying and says "You hit a woman!".

All this shit in under 60 seconds.

Please tell me what reason people are so passionately defending her, other than "she's a woman".

The fact that you made this post at all and are probably a frequenter of this sub makes answering this question completely futile. Maybe someday you'll actually find a woman to put up with you for long enough to realize that love and respect is a lot bigger than being right (or playing a god damn video game).
