To make a long story short girl hangs out with dealer for free drugs (most likely) she smokes way too much of whatever opiate they're smoking off of foil and bam she nods out for a few seconds (no way she was asleep like she says, her eyes were probably closed for a few seconds) and then she finds him trying to unbutton her pants.

For my question, I have a hard time calling this rape for a few reasons. First of all from his point of view this bitch keeps coming over doing his drugs and finally is laying under the sheets with him so he decides to make his move.
