This is bad.

Men are put under even greater pressure to earn now. They aren't more ambitious they're just more screwed.

This is good in that it’s made men more ambitious apparently but in the end it’s bad because women still have the same amount of ambition and that will result in more men in better positions. Remember it’s not equality of opportunity but equality of outcome. They’ll get women in senior positions no matter fucking what.
