I don't see women being more physical than men as an issue, the problem here is her excessive use of blunt force. That's pretty much like taking a knife to someone's face. It's the type of physical abuse you dish out intending to permanently hurt someone. And honestly, I hope she gets psychiatric help, she clearly has severe mental issues and is a danger to those around her.
