This is what equality gets you. It makes up for differences artificially. This is why I believe in egalitarianism. Women and men should have the same opportunities, but they shouldn't be shoehorned into specific areas. If women prefer softer businesses or being at home they should be free to do so. If they want a career in a field then they should put in the same work as everyone else.

Good luck with that, most women don't want to do trades. Thats not sexist, thats just life.
