Convicted murderer does his time and is released. Put back in prison for asking out a woman? More anti male sexism or is this correct?

Sounds like he was out on parole and hadnt finished his sentance and they reported him for harrasment (due to multiple contacts over various months).

It was due to this being a potential violation of parole (unlikely based on the article that this would be harassment; shes of age and it sounds like he narry exchanged more than four sentances with her) that he is incarcerated, and will be until his parole hearing.

I might be misreading it because the grammer and framing of the narrative of the article is bad.
