Talia Sisco, 24, of Saratoga, is being held without bail in the Elmwood women’s jail in Milpitas on multiple counts each of oral copulation of a minor and unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and arranging a meeting with a minor to commit a sex offense.

No man would have gotten these charges.

They would have gotten harsher charges.

A second suspect, 23-year-old San Jose resident Tina Pourani, was arrested and booked counts of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor and oral copulation of a minor. Pourani was released after posting $60,000 bail.

No man would have gotten bail that was so low like this.

Sisco was a student teacher at Bernal Middle School when she came under investigation, but detectives do not believe any of the known victims attended the school. When the Oak Grove School District learned of the investigation it barred Sisco from the school, according to the Sheriff’s Office.

So she was barred which means she is not allowed to be in the school.

Why was she not fired.

Had this been a man he would have been fired the nano second he was arrested.

I am grateful these predators were brought to justice,” Sheriff Laurie Smith said in a statement. “If there are other victims still out there, please come forward.”

I wonder if you are going to be saying this when they are sentenced. I bet you will be.
