You say this is at work so in reality, apart from work-related matters, their opinions and shit DOES NOT MATTER.

I know it can feel demoralising to have shitty people gang up on you but don't bother playing their games, start playing a game of push-ups in the morning a few times a week instead.

These are the kind of people to talk shit and go into passive-aggressive mode and deny, deny, deny when called out on it. Their opinions, whatever they are, are definitely shit and not worth further investment of your time and energy.

Focus on yourself and work and keep doing push-ups. Best of luck mate.

Mastering misgoyny, i.e. always picturing them as mental teenagers puts their bullshit in perspective, and is a generally useful tool. Use subtle sexism to help your mindset, "hey, what you girls doing?", "Grab that, sweetie."

Adult women are egomaniac mental teenagers and should always be looked at as children. Use words like, "sweetie," "darling," pumpkin." and give commands. Women generally enjoy being talked to this way, unless they're actively looking to bump heads with you, in which case you gotta cool it until they're not looking to prove something again. Yes, do it at work. When you get them accustomed to it, you'll never have a problem with it.

I do this constantly and only had it thrown back at me once. When I started consciously doing this, I reasoned to myself, "if anyone calls me out on it, I'll just say it's, 'southern charm' and that I do it unconsciously" -- That's never come up.
