Disclaimer: This most is about self-improvement and has nothing to do with women

At the start of my first semester, which commenced in February I was extremely motivated after a long break. I've never been that motivated in my life before, I would even call it discipline rather than simple motivation. My studies only got harder, however I stopped leaving everything till last day. I used to get an assignment (which was due in 4-5 weeks) and complete a draft in 1-2 days max after it was given out. That gave me extra time to spend time doing other stuff, which included gym, reading and doing extra reading for the subjects I am doing to further improve my knowledge. Basically, I was living a really structured life and I loved it, because when all of my friends were complaining about not having time and doing all assignment during the last week and then asking for extensions, I was pretty much cursing through the year (I do not mean that I did not have any challenges, I just structured my studies, so I can focus on more important self-improvement that requires more effort)

However, around 2 month after I started getting tired. It was an overall tiredness, not too sure what caused it. However, nothing changed in my regime. I kept consistently getting 8-9hr of sleep, hitting the gym 5-6 times a week (the quality of my workouts actually improved) and pretty much doing the same stuff I was doing before. However, I felt a slow decline. I wasn't waking up as quickly, looking forward to how much I can do today. I started coming back home and taking a """""20 minute""""""" power nap, which always resulted in a 2 hour nap. It started taking me longer to complete my assignments, which were by no means harder.

I honestly cannot pinpoint anything that changed. I do not want to get stuck in this hole of shitty productivity and move back to where I was. Or to an even better zone. However, as I said. This wasn't just motivation, it was strict discipline that worked. Any advice?
