So I've taken a liking to this girl at work. We've been going out for drinks off and on for last couple of months after our shifts.

She doesn't seem like a very forward moving girl so I thought nothing of it. After the first couple of weeks I got bored of just hanging out in groups so started declining invitations to go out by her.

A few weeks later I asked her out for drinks, she agreed, we went out and I cut it short once the convo started dying out. Just left with a hug.

The following week I asked her out for drinks, and in the same breath she said yes with she invited another guy we work with and took it upon herself to take control of the show. It felt like a huge slap in my face, so I just left and went home after that, leaving her waiting at the bar.

She was pretty pissed and the next week she stood me up in return, but I flipped it on her through a text message the next morning. She ignored my next invitation out.

At this point I cut her off and was planning on going out to the strip club with some coworkers for my birthday a couple weeks later. I ended up going out for drinks with my buddy and his GF. His GF mentioned to me she invited said girl I was interested in and said that she really liked me just I was kind of an asshole for standing her up.

As a gesture of good faith I invited said girl out with us which she of course declined. But she didn't seem mad at me anymore.

So a couple of days after the strip club. My buddy, his GF, and said girl all go out for drinks and my buddy invites me too. I showed up but was a little apprehensive because of everything. We all had fun, the awkwardness faded after minutes. As we were leaving said girl was hanging around me as I paid my tab, but I couldn't tell if it was because she wanted me to kiss her or to give my friends privacy because they were making out just outside the door. I had a pretty bad sinus infection so I didn't want to kiss her no matter how bad I actually wanted to.

After we all left I text her and said it was fun and mentioned getting drinks this coming Friday, which is when we work together next. She didn't text back.

Should I go ahead and move on, or give it a little more time and see how things pan out?
