There's a lot going on.

There is some useful men's health info here, it's topical, hormones are in the news a lot, HRT. We hear about it mainly in a (trans)gender context and less often in the more salient context of men's health.

For the take away check @21:00 'for young men, this is a good idea'

Now, in the presentation of this info, in the framing of the issues, there are some points worth calling out.

Here we have T replacement being discussed as primarily of value to the elderly and infirm. This kind of spin may be indicative of some attempt to socially stigmatize the use of t supplements.

So - it's a product for old men, but she examines the market and says 'here we see it being marketed to young men' as if that were snake oil, and she makes statements that (in this context) almost call for regulation.

at the 21 min mark she casually admits, tosses off the simple truth - it helps younger men.

there follows page after page of slides showing lack of effectiveness and poor outcomes - all for older men - but remember, this is a product for old infirm men, which is being too widely marketed and perhaps should be regulated.

IDK, maybe it's just me. The stuff can help convert soyboys to shitlords - no one denies that, but there are people who do not want to see that happen.
