Social worker faces 14 felony charges after patient says she made him her ‘sex slave’

Christy Lenhardt, 53, now faces 14 counts of sexual misconduct in Kane County. Lenhardt was charged with eight counts of sexual misconduct with a person with disabilities, and six counts of official misconduct.

If convicted of the criminal charges, she could face five years in prison.

That is a pretty big if. And if by some miracle she is convicted all she gets max is 5 years.

A man would get life.

Her attorney told the Chicago Tribune that she does not have a criminal history and will wait for the legal process to play out in court.

This all but confirms she will get no jail time.

If convicted, Lenhardt faces probation or between two and five years of prison.

Taking all bets on what happens.

Disgusting. A man would easily be facing life. Raping multiple patients, some mentally disabled, using a position of trust, and she's facing 5 years tops. Just gross.
