Does anyone else try to avoid music, especially during hard times because it effects them to much emotionally?

I tend to avoid certain songs if I'm not feeling good but if I can handle whatever memories they bring up atm its no biggie

You're allowed to feel. Just not around women. Bottling up emotions is unhealthy. We all need an outlet.

No I use music as my go to. I don't like rap. I like metal. Parkway Drive, Wage War, Lamb of God, the Ghost Inside. Heavy shit gets me moving and you don't give a fuck about anything.

Just listen to music man, it's okay to be emotional and ofcourse music makes you even more emotional, just don't be emotional arround any freakin females. cuz they will use that against you.

Sometimes i just listen to sad music, cry my eyes out because the reality of the red pill is a hard one. and then i'm good again and i start lifting and its all good again :)

TL;DR listen to music let ya emotions out and lift.
