Femininity is the opposite of masculinity. The best relationships are when opposites attract. Therefore if you want a truly feminine woman, you have to be a truly masculine man to make the 'relationship' enjoyable and each will behave in accordance with their own roles.

One of the main virtues that attracts men to the feminine side is submission, and if you want to have a truly submissive woman you have to be very domineering.

My point is, the act of organizing a meetup and saying "This Friday night come to mine at 7pm to hang out, if you already have plans cancel them you are coming to mine" is a very commanding and dominating act. This is normal for an alpha male to say to a woman, and the more feminine she is the more receptive she will be to this type of act by a man. If a woman said this back to an alpha male, he would be (and should be) put off to some varying degree. But if a woman says this to you and you feel excited and happy it generally means your a beta male because you like woman taking the lead when you shouldn't.

Therefore if my women rarely initiate meetups but are receptive to all my advances is this normal and does this mean they are just very feminine?
