Maybe it’s because until recently since the civil right act, black people weren’t even allowed to sit in the same area on a bus, or drink out of a fountain, and were too afraid to call out white people for treating them in a racist way? After all it took a civil war and an incredible amount of death in order to force white people to stop bullying black people. And did that stop the bad behavior? Nope, we had to have the race riots of the 60’s and had poor little black children under the protection of a federal marshal armed with a gun just to go to school.

And had the bullying stopped? Nope, just try driving while black, or being discriminated against in housing, and not getting hired and on and on and on.

The fact that there are black people losing their jobs for being racist to white people is a bright white spotlight to how fair our system is.

If your a mother had a firehouse turned on her, and was attacked by a police dog for sitting at a white food counter, don’t even tell me you would be absolutely fine a few years later with the people who did that who started moaning about how unfair it as that a disproportionate number of people like them were being held responsible for their actions.

If white people lose their jobs at a higher rate than blacks for being racist, it might just be because black people are too scared to let loose as often on what they think of whites. White people have shown absolutely zero problem with showing their racist side, thus more firings.

And good, if you are a racist, you deserve to lose your job and be forced to stay home so the rest of us don’t have to deal with you, whatever color you are.
