I remember this vividly. I could not believe it. This is an issue of sex discrimination (I doubt a woman would be convicted for doing the same to a man). But it is even more an issue of racism in my view. There is no indication that he lied about anything other than being Jewish instead of Arab.

NJ is working on a law about this. However, makeup , push bras , etc are excluded.
