A former Fremont woman has avoided a lengthy prison sentence for her part in the sexual assault and robbery of a Findlay cab driver, but will still be incarcerated for four years.

4 years that is it. That is BS.

The plea bargain called for prosecutors to reduce the charges against Carter from first-degree felony robbery to third-degree felony robbery, and from first-degree felony rape to gross sexual imposition, a fourth-degree felony.

When sentenced, Carter got three years in prison on the robbery offense and a one-year term on the sex charge. Judge Reg Routson ordered the terms served consecutively.

Carter will get credit for time served at the county jail.

WTF!!!!!!!!!!

She also will be required to register as a sex offender for 15 years.

That is all. A man would be on the list for life.
