I'm now thinking of attraction like the nerve stimulation thresholds that preclude the hormone production that precludes attraction/repulsion.

Neural impulses conform to the all-or-none law, which means that a neuron either fires and generates an action potential, or it doesn’t. Neural impulses are always the same strength—weak stimuli don’t produce weak impulses. If stimulation reaches a certain threshold, or minimum level, the neuron fires and sends an impulse. If stimulation doesn’t reach that threshold, the neuron simply doesn’t fire. Stronger stimuli do not send stronger impulses, but they do send impulses at a faster rate

Which is why I feel it's easier to get into a woman's pants with displays of masculinity than financial stability. They both send messages that this guy is one you can have sex with, but the masculine path is a quicker reaction, because a faster impulse rate means more impulses sent through her brain to fuck that guy and more opportunities for her superego to fail to the id, or simply hamstering, to occur.

Similarly, sending weaker (beta) signals won't immediately mean consequences if you've already attracted her. But displaying "beta" for too long will leave her more open to the stronger (alpha) stimuli she receives on a daily (or not) basis. It's one reason why that James Deen porn casting thing works.

This is where I'm starting to separate from the alpha/beta mindset and think stimulating/non-stimulating. Either you are capable of making the reaction happen, or you are not. You can stimulate a person's interest for a bit, or you can sustain it. There will be people you are able to seduce, people you are able to keep stimulated, people who you can't stimulate at all. Cultivating a personality that is stimulating then becomes the goal, not trying to please and understand women.

That being said, there are some roles or positions one can find themselves in that would automatically produce some levels of stimulation. I'm talking about positions of prestige, power, musician or other performing artist that does not sacrifice masculinity, which would be determined by the cultural or societal and personal values held by the specific woman. Ron Jeremy, for example, has slept with over 6000 women, mainly due to the physical gift that allowed him to be a mainstay in the porn industry. Had he not made the jump to porn, he would have probably still had a decent track record due to obvious reasons, but not over 6000. I'm open to debate that, it is an opinion, but I don't expect much resistance to that statement. With his current record and reputation, I'm sure there is a percentage, however little over zero it may, be of heterosexual females that would not have sex with him. But because of his fame and social/sexual validation that accompanies his name, a majority of women would have sex with him. More importantly, many promiscuous women would consider it an honor to sleep with Ron Jeremy, as much as they probably would with a rockstar famous in a genre of their liking. Similar stories would be true for many, if not all famous sex symbols. If you are attractive and famous, society is already beaming that information to millions.

So what does that mean for the rest of us? Become famous porn stars, actors, musicians, 'Alphas", attempt to flood the market with high quality goods? Well, as the old saying goes...nope. Unless you can and are on your path to one of those goals, in which case, good luck, pm me a party invite sometime. For anyone just starting, the best thing you can do for yourself is be honest to yourself, decide how you want to be stimulating, who that will attract, and if that will work for you in the long run. You can change directions as you go, just don't go backwards, if that's not too cheesy. TRP is here to help you break down the misconceptions foisted upon you by a flawed society.

Edit; added a little more.

Edit2: I came up with this theory in response to someone thinking that thoughts and feeling are binary, so no I'm not saying that. What I'm getting at is that it is not binary, but more like the neurological thresholds that preclude neural activity. It's not an On/Off switch, more like an on off switch you are trying to hit with a hose.
