It's not enough to point to the victim culture, it's time to point to those who caused it and remove them from power and influence.

Lord Macdonald backed the prosecution of complainants who made false allegations, but he cautioned against stepping up such prosecutions in case it deterred genuine complainants to come forward.

Lolwat. Sounds like he doesn't support it except in the worst cases. Contradictory much?
