Hi there,

Someone accused me of not working hard enough on our project. This is simply not true, and I can prove it. I already caused a little drama by not accepting those remarks, but I think I handled it very calmly. I decided to leave it alone now and ignore any attempt to restart that drama again. I really cannot handle injustice. Especially when it comes my way, so I felt I had to stand up for myself. On retrospective, was the TRP way to just don't give a fuck and ignore it completely? Or was it to accept what she said and say whatever she wanted me to say with noticeable nonchalance? Or should I have asked her why she said it, what her goal was of accusing me of it, and in case she really believes I didn't do enough work; ask her if she's open to change her opinion on that. If not, then just say that discussion is fruitless and just leave, ignoring what was said.

Imo the last one is the best option in retrospective. What do you guys think?
