An inordinate amount of the speech was obsessing over "white guys." Why? The underlying bigotry is obvious.

CNN takes crack at why women are starting to outearn men, and how degree choice explains much of the wage gap. It's like they're almost starting to get it.

Saujani, who is the daughter of refugees expelled from Uganda...

The daughter of Indians expelled from Uganda by Idi Amin in the 1970's, and who either didn't want to or weren't allowed to find refuge in their ancestral India, Pakistan, or Bangladesh.

But she's resentful towards white men and the white racist country that gave her family refuge.

But Saujani was clear about one thing: Her path to success hasn't been all rosy.

Saujani detailed her journey, from studying public policy at Harvard's Kennedy School, to getting rejected from Yale Law School not once, but three times, before transferring in. Saujani said she was "obsessed" with the idea of getting credentialed from Yale to set her on her path to working in politics and social justice.

A mediocre academic striver, race hustler, and failed politician who finally found success by jumping on the coder-gurl bandwagon, despite having no interest in computer programming.

She was 1980's child in the United States. Her school had computers and a library. She followed her passion and went to law school. But she was oppressed.

Despite the progress women have made in recent years, it's not enough, Saujani said. "The next revolution is underway. And its leaders? Well, they don't look like me. They look like tomorrow's commencement speaker."

She was referring to Mark Zuckerberg, Facebook (FB, Tech30) cofounder and CEO, who was set to address Harvard as the university's main commencement speaker on Thursday.

That's a strikingly honest admission that relatively few technology innovators and relatively few of the people who start businesses that grow to become hugely successful, are women.

After all, there are no societal barriers preventing her from being Mark Zuckerberg. If she was equally smart, equally willing to take risks and equally hard working as Zuckerberg, she could have founded Facebook instead of him.

Or she could have founded another company that by now would be equally successful.

Useless feminists always blame imaginary oppression for their own failings.

Not being misogynistic but truthfully women are less likely to be geniuses of a Newton caliber. This is why they fall behind in STEM fields
