Note the headline says, "...when he got her pregnant..."

Once again it's being described as: the man took action and did something, while the woman was passive while being acted upon.

That's always the framing when Something Bad Happens, which makes it clear that the man and only the man must be punished for doing the Bad Thing.

No mention of the woman sharing responsibility because she chose to have sex, failed to use birth control, chose not to have an abortion, etc etc.

Nope, she's treated purely as an object that the act of "making pregnant" was done to by the male escort. Thus she's relieved of any responsibility whatsoever for the outcome.

It's "Innocent female victim, evil male perpetrator" yet again, as almost always in the media.
