Yeah, no. What fuckn comment are you reading? His comment is stating that he believes the black community is responsible for a lot more racism than we give them credit for. In fact, it's pretty trendy to believe black people cannot be racist. I'm sure you're one of those trendy people.
I too have heard multiple accounts that state the very same thing. And these accounts come from inside the communities. I have a biracial couple I know that say the only eye rolls and bullshit commentary come from black people. This is actually very common in almost every group of protected class. For example, I anecdotally believe that women are their own worse enemy. The only criticisms and complaints sexual and otherwise, do not come from disgruntled old white men, but from women themselves.

To further your point about women being demonized by other women: Abortion in politics is often framed as old men stopping women from having rights, but it's hardly ever mentioned that most pro-life support comes from women.

I find it hard to believe anyone would announce to a conductor or hostess that they refuse to sit next to someone because of how they look. They might refuse without giving a reason, but announcing it like that in such a haughty way makes it seem like 1920s racism.
