He is not denying them a place to live, they can go and find another property to rent with a different landlord or simply go back to their own countries. He also is not turning them away due to the color of their skin he is turning them away due to their actions which are damaging his property and costing him time and money to fix. He is quite rightly using race (not "skin color") as a predictor of this behaviour. I see no problem with this. This is Kent in England so what are "colored" people doing there anyway? If they feel like they are treated unfairly due to being a foreign race then they can go and live in their own countries among their own people where this won't be an issue for them. This landlord should be under no obligation to provide his property to house them. Natives of Kent, England are white not "colored" so this shouldn't be an issue, they are lucky to even be guests there. You don't go to someone else's land and make demands on them to provide for you.
