How fake news is created glorifying women. A female government officer was rescued by male police officers and photos reveal it too. But paid media glorifies the lady while berating the ones who saved her.

Instead of taking action on the woman for abusing law. Only the police complaint was stayed by the court.

I think I'm starting to see why India has the world's biggest men's rights community. It's not just because they breed like rabbits.

Now, who is breeding like rabbits ?

I just saw that graph. That is the effect that feminism has on population. Judging by the steepness of the curve, it is as powerful as China's one child policy. Yikes!

[–]perplexedm 2 points3 points4 points 9 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Don't think feminism is directly related here, Govt. was making serious educational efforts on reducing number of children per family for decades, the results starting showing now. As in anything, moving India is like moving an elephant, once started it will just go in full force; the difficulty is in overcoming initial inertia.

Feminism, liberalism, nihilism, etc. have taken some strides in cities and that effect is also there.

Very few well-to-do communities are facing family issues because of lack of community members and disintegrated families now.

Thanks for adding to that. Still, it is dramatic.

Interesting...

Seeking to quash the FIR, the accused employees filed a petition in the Madurai bench of the Madras high court.

When the matter came up for hearing before Justice P N Prakash, the counsel for the accused people said that the complaint did not attract none of the provisions of the afore-said three Acts.

A person has the right to express his or her feelings and views in social media. This would never amount to any harassment, said the counsel.

The complainant had already ventilated her grievance before her department which conducted departmental proceedings by summoning all people concerned and said that there was no prima facie case in the allegations. Hence, the police should have not registered the FIR, which thus needed to be quashed, he said.

Following this, the judge stayed the FIR :)
