He's still a he, though. Undergoing a penectomy and receiving foreign estrogen doesn't change your gender, much like receiving melanin doesn't change your race. His bloodwork, chromosomes, lung volume, cardiac output etc are characteristic to men. If a future archaeologist were to look at his skeleton, they would conclude that they found the remains of a man because his pelvis is optimized for running, not child-rearing. If he developed a headache a took a brain scan, the radiologist would be able to tell by the size of his corpus callosum that the patient is male.

Good for him. And yes, Manning is a "him," not a "her." Poor dude only went tranny after he was locked up, as i recall. Once he's out, chances are he'll realize he's a dude after all. In fact, given society's gross gynocentrism, one has to wonder if this wasn't all some sort of cunning plan to get a pussy pass while not actually having a pussy!
