Pretty good article but the author still couldn't help herself:

we destroy the family because girls and women are not interested in marrying into “failure to launch” boys and men. It leads to women asking themselves, “If I’m going to have a child, why should I marry one more child?” So many women end up not being married.

Um, okay? That's one way to describe hypergamy I guess. Men don't view women as "children" if they make less money, especially in this economy. Perhaps, if women insist on engaging in hypergamy, they should stop trying to disadvantage men and boys at every opportunity. Demanding that your husband earn more than you do, then handicapping men and preventing them from doing so -- how in the world does this make sense?

The above quoted passage, along with the section dealing with the economic benefits of helping men and boys, and the importance of remaining competitive globally, are another reminder that most women don't seem to care one whit about men (not including family members) unless they see some sort of benefit to themselves. That is a stark difference between the sexes. We can never achieve "equality" if one sex is profoundly less empathetic than the other.

Still, a refreshing article overall in that it at least highlights the problem.
