Hannah Cox, 29, said she was coerced into having intercourse with the vulnerable 13-year-old three times to try and conceive. Her boyfriend forced her to carry out the acts on the boy between October and November 2013 at their home.

Cox told police: ‘I know it’s about me having sex with a 13-year-old. I know I shouldn’t have done it.’

so she knew what she was doing was wrong.

She told the police she had been trying to get pregnant and it had been her partner who told her to sleep with the boy.

so it was his fault he did not get her pregnant and it was his fault he "told her to sleep with a 13 yo" sounds fishy.

Taunton Crown Court heard that Cox had physical and mental disabilities and was in an abusive relationship.

and yet she knew what she was doing was wrong but it was his fault. and if she had mental disabilities why was she able to be in an abusive relationship. she would have people checking on her right.

Speaking on behalf Rebecca Bradberry said: ‘All I can ask is a plea of mercy and a suspended sentence for my client. There are grave concerns for her vulnerabilities if she were sent to prison.’

and yet they will kill a down-syndrome male no problem.

Sentencing Cox, Judge David Ticehurst said they were very serious offenses but ‘justice should be tempered by mercy’. He said: ‘There is no doubt this young boy and his family are suffering the consequences of your behavior.

‘You should have known better and he was a particularly vulnerable child. But I intend to depart from the guidelines in this case.

yeah fuck the kid and the trap she wanted to put him in oh and the rape.

‘You have considerable physical and mental difficulties and I am satisfied you were under the control and influence of your partner at the time of the offenses.

and yet not one mention of them but put the blame on the male with no issues.

‘I do not consider that the public needs protection from you. In fact, if there had been more support for you, I do not believe these offenses would have been committed at all.

what in the fuck really?

EDIT: ok i found that they "the papers" are stating she has an IQ of 70 but nothing about this abusive boyfriend. not even his name.

Unless there is a loaded gun to my head, I'm not having sex with a 13 year-old. Saying she did because her boyfriend told her to does not absolve anymore than the Nuremberg defense absolved the nazis. I bet she would have sued him for child support on his 18th birthday if she had conceived.
