This woman is not ready to get arrested today. She tries to flee from the police officer and reverses her car, backing it up in to a tree. The cop eventually gets the door open but it doesn’t stop there. The lady makes one more futile attempt to get away but denied.

She is still sitting in her car after attempted fleeing twice, possibly endangering the officer both times, and is seemingly continuing to ignore the officer's demands while using her phone to call for someone to come rescue her. Now the video cuts out before we see her ultimate fate, she ain't avoiding being arrested at this point, but if a male had been in that vehicle he'd been dragged out forcibly well before the end.

As a PPD I'd chalk this up to a fail, she got more leeway by being female which is the very the definition of the Pass.
