if teachers got paid better we could get rid of the low quality ones. I know people who would make great teachers but the pay is too low to support themselves and their families.

Yes, I think some Female Primary School Teachers view young males particularly males with learning difficulties with some quite regressive views that are quite abusive towards these males.
