Nancy Grace is annoying af, I'll start with that. That being said, having a show where you give information on tragedies is kind of capitalizing on dead kids. How is it supposed to be different?

That comment by Jim "we are not going to kill ourselves after the interview", was a warranted low blow about Nasty Grace's involvement in the death of Melinda Duckett.
