Reading through that I'm calling bullshit. Corbyrn just said he hope everyone could get such wonderful care, which sounded like a compliment to the MPs doctor who it appears did a wonderful job. This is a red herring.

Don't get me wrong, Corbyrn has said some stupid things in the past and his shadow minister for DV should resign, but this is a red herring.
