I didn't read the whole post. While it probably didn't mention it, no doubt prosecution will be vigorous of male offenders and lax with the other half. I do want to encourage men in the UK to go ex=pat. They are not being treated well at home and their country deserves their absence.

For anyone questioned by police, simply refuse to answer any questions at all. Smile sweetly and say NOTHING. The bar for evidence to prosecute will be high, don't help them by opening your mouth. For those of you in doubt as to what saying NOTHING means, you confirm your name and address and then politely refuse to answer any further questions. You don't tell them what you do for a job, what football team you support, your opinion of the weather, and especially not anything related to any accusation. Saying NOTHING also means saying NOTHING to any member of staff or the public within the confines of the police station, or who may be near you when the police start asking questions in public.
