Yeah I don't really get that whole story. If someone holds a gun on you and demands money that is not a valid contract regardless of whether they believe you owe them money, and regardless of whether they do owe you money. It's a robbery. I doubt even in Brazil demanding money at gun point is considered a legitimate way of doing business and settling financial claims.

It would be one thing if the people attacking Lochte were claiming he was never held up at gun point, but they aren't!
