I used to work with juveniles with conduct disorders. A lot of the girls who would freak out and get violent would strip down to nothing when security arrived.

Example:

Female juvenile would assault a staff member bad. Then myself and the security members would show up to escort her off. She'd get violent and quickly undress to avoid being physically restrained. We'd just call a female to the scene and proceed to take her down and put her into the seclusion room. Once in a while we could call police and they wouldn't be as nice as we were about it all because it was a big waste of their time and resources to deal with a juvenile who just assaulted someone in our building.

Anyway it's for sure a PPD whenever a female strips down thinking she is then untouchable.

So this is in my neck of the woods. Lake Manawa is in Council Bluffs Iowa.

Locals here call it Counciltucky for a reason.
