well it'd be a pussypass but certainly not a pussypassdenied. This is the saddest state of affairs for our society. When a man can be accused of sexual harassment from simply flirting with a girl once or twice. The even sadder fact is that so many people will just come out of the wood work to put their name on the complaint so they can get ahead in life that much more. Look at what happened to bill cosby. Even though there isn't a single bit of proof to him doing anything at all to any woman there are something like 30+ women claiming he did stuff, and now even though he hasn't been arrested or tried he's become a pariah to be made fun of. Kelly claims he harassed her 10 years ago but waited until now to say anything? That's so damn incredibly suspicious. I can't stand the bosses for cable stations because of how evil they are but these claims have no bearing and it's so messed up what is happening. We've turned into a society that punishes first and never has a trial because the word of a woman who can fake cry is always the truth.

Well the thing with jimmy saville is that the accusations happened after he was dead. There was 0 proof of anything other then people coming forward to claim things. That and it's very well known that when something is in the news and is a big story that crapton's of people will just come forward to claim something along with it so as to get in the spot light. To say that 400+ people decided to never come forward before he died or right after it happened is mind boggling and there must be something to it.

In this case who's lying? Is there actual proof of any wrong doing? To say that she "didn't lie" is just showing that you have a biased mindset about the case already. There's also the question what is considered sexual harassment? Did he just say one day "Hey megyn you look pretty today" does that mean he just sexually harassed her? Did he bump into breast or butt repeatedly? Or did it just happen once and was an accident. Did he take out his penis and smack it up against her head? Or was it just a simple case of him complimenting her. That's the problem we currently face where some people actually view simple things such as bumping up against someone as a "rape". It's a problem with victimization and the want to be labeled as such because it grants people certain perks in life.
