I have this theory about cry bullies. They get this talking point and all of them starts thinking this is great so they start associating it with every thing that annoys them whether it belongs on or. I hate being cat called (or possibly I'm annoyed that other women get attention instead of me) so what evil can I associate it with? Rape culture, sounds good. We'll go with it.
