To give a short backstory: I am 19, a pretty calm guy in general, collected (most of the time, read on) athletic build and percieved as somewhat "Alpha" by the general public. I also feel pretty damn masculine/dominant.

Now I'm watching Fifty Shades and this guy seems to have something I don't, emotional control of his excitement. He just doesn't smile that often. More of a smirk at times but rarely rarely with teeth. All of this while I can't contain my big ass smile troughout most of the movie. Same with other romantic movies I just look like a bitch with my hands on my mouth and a OMG kind of expression. Its automatic.

But with friends and dates after a while I also seem to become really expressive, like it bursts out of me. I'm tired of this lack of control when it comes to expression and how it holds back my progress as a Red Pill Man.

So my questions: Is this just part of who I am? Is this just my age? Is this fixable? If so how do I develop this control over my expressions? (think 007 and Mr. Grey)
