"You see, Your Honor, she was parked in a normal space so I assumed she consented to be raped." - defense that would be used if we actually lived in rape culture.

So some town mandated that 30% of the lot has to be female only parking, but females account for 50% of the population, so I guess it is OK to subject 20% of women to the danger of rape.

This means that even in an empty parking lot, men have to park a third of the parking lot away.
