You don't even make that joke unless you want a very pointed needle to hit some eye. They make it because they know no man can do the same in reverse. It's a joke in the way women punching men is a joke.

Alex Jones is right (and it pains me to even admit that), though. You'd never be able to do this in reverse.

Best response to this is simply to start following the victims in these cases. If this censorship start backfiring and makes the Twitter account in question more popular then maybe it will become less common.
